Powder Detours (a brand service of the Instructor Training Academy) reserves the right to modify programme details regarding, dates, prices and schedules in any way without notice. The right is also reserved to decline, accept, cancel or withdraw any client from the tour.
Refunds will not be made under any circumstances for services, accommodations, instruction, lift passes and any part of the tour not utilised. Itemised costs will not be rendered, however a receipt for course fees will be issued if required. Powder Detours accepts no responsibility for any accidents, damage, loss, injury, sickness, death, cancellation, delay, detention, deviations, war, strikes or other unforeseen events.
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen to the Instructor Training Academy Account. Please ensure all ‘at source’ bank charges are prepaid when transferring funds.
Deposits
A 20% Deposit is required to reserve a place on the Detour . The final balance is due 60 days before the first Detour day.
Cancellations
- 61 days prior to first day of course – full refund minus deposit
- 60-15 Days prior to first day of course – 50% refund
- Less than 15 days prior to first day of course - no refunds
